Bed and Breakfast Accommodation in the Suffolk Countryside

Boundary Farm is a traditional 17th century Suffolk farmhouse located in open countryside with magnificent views of farmland in all directions. Extremely quiet and peaceful, it is the perfect retreat for a short break. Take a walk up the lane and experience the lovely sunsets. The two acre garden has an ancient bay tree and a weeping willow by the pond. In the grounds, the former cart sheds now house a fully equipped art studio where guests can arrange to paint during the day. Katherine is a keen amateur painter and has many examples of her work displayed around the house.

All the rooms are tastefully decorated and have period furniture in keeping with the farmhouse. The guest lounge has comfortable sofas by the impressive brick inglenook with wood burning stove where you are welcome to relax in the evenings. Bedrooms have digital TV, DVD, clock radios, tea and coffee making facilities, fluffy towels, robes and a selection of toiletries and have the benefit of wireless internet connection. For your added comfort you can have the choice of duvets or blankets which need to be requested at the time of booking.

Breakfasts are served in the morning room and there is a choice of full English or continental. We can cater for any special dietary requirements that you may have. We use locally grown produce whenever possible and our free range hens happily provide the eggs. There is a fridge in the morning room for guests use. For evening meals we can recommend a selection of very good restaurants and will be happy to book a table for you.
