Bed & Breakfast
It is with great sadness that we have to announce the closure of Boundary Farm Bed & Breakfast.
With lots of changes at Boundary Farm over the past few years I have made the hard decision to say goodbye to my lovely guests and to stop providing bed and breakfast accommodation.
After 30 years of happily running a bed and breakfast farmhouse, this is one of the hardest decisions I have had to make, but with all the all recent events around the world I have decided to retire and enjoy some time with my loved ones.
I hope that if you have visited Boundary Farm in the past, lots of good memories remain, just as I have lots from all the times you have come to visit.
Thank you for your support and custom over the years, I truly appreciate it and wish you all the very best.
WELCOME TO BOUNDARY FARM
Boundary Farm is a traditional 17th century Suffolk farmhouse located 1.5 miles outside the popular town of Framlingham, set in open countryside with magnificent views of farmland in all directions. Extremely quiet and peaceful, it is the perfect retreat for a short break.
You can relax on the cosy sofas surrounding the big inglenook fireplace in the sitting room where we will serve you complimentary tea and cake on arrival. The one acre garden has an ancient bay tree and a weeping willow by the pond. There are garden games to entertain the whole family and local walks to experience the beautiful surroundings.
Breakfast is served in the sunny morning room with double aspect views overlooking the garden. A range of locally sourced produce is freshly prepared and cooked to order. The full English breakfast is highly recommended, but continental options are also available. Please see menu below.
During your stay, we hope you will relax and enjoy the local area and genuine hospitality we have to offer. Suffolk has a lot of great attractions. Southwold, Woodbridge, Snape Maltings and Bury St Edmunds are some of our other favourite places to visit, and we are only 14 miles from the coast and the beautiful town of Aldeburgh.
Gift vouchers are available to purchase for that special gift. Please follow us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter for up to date information on local events and promotions. You will also find links to Trip Advisor on our home page.
